We offer complete delivery moulded seamless industrial flooring for private as well as commercial clients. We use epoxy, MMA or cement materials during production.
Industrial benefits:
- decorativeness,
- seamless,

Milling method
Milling is used for levelling and reducing horizontal concrete and asphalt surfaces. For milling we use variety of electrical or motor milling cutters - from the largest double drum with width of 25 cm or one drum with width of 30 cm) to smallest (one drum without drive with width up to 25cm). Milling machines operate on principle of hammering or cutting or combination of both. An industrial extraction tube with diameter of 150 cm is connected to all machines. Milling is also used to flatten unevenness, to clean old crumbling/broken concretes and asphalts prior to new surface laying or surface reducing. Milling method is utilised to point sewer drains surfaces, for road signs removal, to make various drainage gutters. Milling could be also used for surface roughening, e.g. steep downhill and uphill. It can be also used in agriculture for surface roughening at cattle yard.

Blasting method
Blasting is a surface finish of horizontal surfaces (concretes, asphalts, iron and ceramic surfaces) where jet apparatus with 40cm of range is used. This operates on the principle of blasting steel shot to the area the shot subsequently bounce back with parts of shot-blasted surface and with exhaust air they return in to the hopper where shots are separated from the blasted material. Blasting is also used to prepare road bridges, industrial flooring, industrial coatings, various types of insulation, for opening new concrete by cement laitance removal for better grip floor insulating materials. Furthermore, blasting method is applied to help remove road markings, for roughening sloping platforms, for stripping, for the removal of residual tire at airfields. It is used everywhere where a horizontal surface needs to be cleaned or roughened.

Grinding method
It is a surface finish of horizontal concrete, asphalt, ceramic and iron surfaces. The grinding is either machine driven or manual. Mechanical grinding is performed by using large machine grinders with one or more diamond-wheels, each machine has vacuum extraction by an industrial vacuum cleaner. Manual grinding is performed by using hand/manual grinders with diamond or wire wheels. The manual method is also used to finish grind surface at the edge after blasting or milling. Vacuum extraction is used for all grinders. Grinding method is mainly used to clean up smaller floors or anywhere blasting or milling cannot be used.
